Since his beginnings as a painter in the early 80's,  Behzad Behpour's style has gradually moved away from his training in realism and impressionism towards an exploration of abstraction.  Behzad is a sought after artist due to his unique techniques, color palette and experimentation with live performance and video projection.

Prior to setting up his studio and gallery in the beautiful village

of San Juan in Ibiza, Behzad lived, loved and worked in New York and then Hamburg - developing his own approach to the art world whilst maintaining a connection to his Persian roots through a dramatic and vibrant style.

Behzad's work has been seen in galleries and publications around the world as well as experienced by audiences at his uniquely energetic live shows that can incorporate digital and live dance elements depending on the space and event.

Behzad is currently available for live event bookings and commisions as well as his popular workshops which take place in some of the most stunning locations across Ibiza.
